    Our client is an established Consumer organization with strong footprint in Asia Pacific and significant presence in Asia. As the company continue to innovate and grow, it is now seeking to appoint a Regional Strategic HR Business Partner to strengthen its Human Resources capabilities.


    Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will work closely with the Regional Leadership Team and the HR team. You will partner with the business on reviewing and designing org structure, which are aligned with business strategy. Drive and lead the assessment of market business capability to define key human capital capability building intervention such as talent support, workshops, training and processes.

    Cultivate a High Performing Culture and partner with cross-functional teams in setting and delivering key market priorities to drive results. Responsible for key talent acquisition in markets on senior mandates. Drive the talent review and assessment, succession planning at business operations. Partner with the L&D team in the curation and implementation of learning initiatives and programs. Champion HR process excellence including process integration and digitization to drive effectiveness.


    You are degree qualified with deep HR Business Partnering experience covering Asia and specifically Indonesia markets gained in FMCG or Retail sectors. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia will be essential due to significant business presence in Indonesia and frequent communication with in-country stakeholders. You are well-versed with relevant country legislations and local laws particularly in Asia including Indonesia. Prior industry experience gained in FMCG, F&B or Retail will be advantageous. You are analytical and solutions oriented with high learning agility. Possess excellent communications and presentations skills.
