Our client is one of the global Healthcare and Manufacturing organization with a growing APAC presence. They have a strong regional growth trajectory and is a looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to support their Asia Pacific markets including Australia, China and South Asia.
Reporting to the VP of HR based in Asia, you will manage a small team of recruiters to support hiring requirements across all functions including the Commercial, Corporate, Shared Services and in the manufacturing plants. Develop and manage talent acquisition strategy to align with overall business objectives.
You will drive and oversee the full end to end recruitment cycle while working closely to the business stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible to manage all senior mandates across the markets in Asia Pac. You will continue to review and build talent pipeline strategies leveraging on various candidate sources. Deliver quality assessment and maintain good candidate experience with potential candidates to align with employer branding and values.
You should be degree-qualified with at least 10 to 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with similar sectors including Medical Devices/ Pharma or Manufacturing. You should be able to clearly articulate your experiences in bringing talents and to champion new initiatives to on talent strategies. You are a trusted partner to senior leaders and are respected for your credibility and professionalism. Ideally, you will have experience in people management and exposure to recruiting in a regional capacity.
