This role will be responsible for the recruitment of technology positions. You own and drive the full recruitment lifecyle including operations and strategy with a focus on Singapore. You will need to develop strong working relationships with key business leaders in order to ensure the recruitment function is effectively supporting the business’ talent requirements. You will work with HRBPs and business managers to source for talents to meet the business needs.
As an expert in the tools and techniques of talent research, you will be instrumental in shaping the approach to market mapping, market research and talent pooling. You will act as a consultative subject matter expert in talent acquisition and leveraging on digital and social media platforms. You will develop deep domain knowledge within the Centre of expertise, allowing for deeper knowledge and faster execution of searches. You will play a critical role to evolve and bring the Talent Acquisition Centre of expertise to the next level.
You will have a minimum of 8 years of talent acquisition experience with a proven track record of working within a matrix organisation. The ideal candidate must be able to work at strategic level as well as being hands-on and operational in execution. Strong interpersonal skills with the maturity to work with different stakeholders.
