    Description

    Our client is in the Animal Nutrition industry and provides nutritional solutions to improve the digestibility of animal feed across various animal species. To advance their business growth across SEA markets, they have newly created a Regional Technical Sales Manager role, with this position being able to be based in any SEA countries.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Commercial Director, this position will lead the growth of their recently launched specialty solutions, along side with their existing products. You will demonstrate your expertise by using technical competency and relevant practical experience from the industry to support and contribute to the business. The role will provide customer service and technical support to address customers’ concerns with regard to products and solutions, as well as supporting trials and research by developing trial protocols and conducting data analysis. You should be sensitive to new or changing market trends or focus within the industry, as well as developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, including industry influencers from universities, research institutes and relevant associations.

    Requirements

    You should have had an education in related sciences (veterinary medicine, animal nutrition, zoology, animal science, animal biology/microbiology), with at least 10 years’ of technical/commercial experience in the Animal Nutrition business across multiple markets in Asia. We will prefer someone highly dedicated and sales driven, with a high degree of personal motivation. You should possess a sharp business acumen and am customer-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team will be required.
