    This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the one of the most renowned European organization, where you are the custodian for the Total Rewards in Asia managing over 10 markets. You will support the overall development, implementation, and harmonization of a wide range of reward activities and initiatives across the ASEAN, India and ANZ markets. The incumbent will partner with the VP HR, Country HR managers and Country Managers to ensure that the most suited reward practices and processes are in place to ensure a strong workplace that can effectively support business objectives.

    Review and design competitive C&B packages, sales incentive scheme and recognition programs to attract and retain talent. Lead and participate in market survey and inter-group benchmarking activities for driving continuous improvement on the company’s overall rewards and benefits programs. Review and analyze the effectiveness of current benefits programs within each market and partner with country HR managers to design and implement new programs which are aligned to company business strategies and Total Reward philosophy. You are responsible for the Senior Leadership Team compensation packages. Manage full compensation processes for annual merit & bonus reviews, ensuring all practices are in line with global C&B guidelines, regional HR strategy and country’s legislation & recommendations.


    You will possess a minimum of 12 years’ progressive C&B experience. Ideally, you will have prior experience in establishing/ revamping C&B structure and framework. Prior experience in working closely with the business stakeholders is critical. You have a strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing highly effective relationships with multiple stakeholders in the region. Experience in SAP / Success Factors and Mercer are highly desirable. Resilient and performance driven individual who can thrive & work well independently in an autonomous, multicultural, and fast evolving business environment. An agile and strategic team player who possess strong analytical and good organization skills.
