    Description

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Regional  Total Rewards Manager, Asia to be based in Singapore. You will have the potential to be part of the renowned organization which has an extremely strong and significant market share within the Consumer Product Category.

    Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, you are the custodian of the Total Rewards function, responsible for the design and co-development of salary structure, pay analysis, market benchmark.  You will lead and streamline regional compensations and benefits guidelines across numerous markets in the Asia region. You will be managing the Performance Management and Total Rewards portfolio, which also includes leading the design and implementation.

    You will lead and drive initiatives and Total Rewards projects from Global and within Asia markets. Work closely with your respective in-country Senior HR leaders/ HR Business Partners to drive the overall total rewards components including salary banding, leveling and policies across the region.  Develop gap analysis and propose recommendations. Manage Annual Performance Cycle for APAC during Goal Settings and Annual Reviews.

    It is critical that the Total Rewards lead monitors and reviews  compensation and benefits packages to ensure external competitiveness within the industry. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position and prepare data and participate in surveys and reviews of data. Ideally you will have in depth experience in job leveling using Mercer or Hay methodologies. GRP certified professionals will have an added advantage. You will have a minimum of 12 years of C&B experience with a good track record in developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies/ programs in an APAC or ASEAN capacity.
