This is an excellent opportunity to join an Established Banking Group with multiple business lines and strong regional presence. We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to join their Retail Banking Compliance team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Retail Banking Compliance, you will advise the business on the interpretation and applicability of regulations and policies. You will keep abreast of regulatory developments, conduct impact analysis and drive the implementation of new regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for the review and enhancement of the compliance procedures and policies and ensure that it is in line with MAS regulations. You will provide regulatory compliance training to internal stakeholders. There will be opportunities to take part in various regulatory projects and initiatives.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with at least 5 years of Compliance related experience in Financial Services preferably in Banking. Candidates from Big 4 with regulatory compliance advisory experience may apply. You have sound knowledge of MAS regulations (i.e. Banking Act, SFA & FAA). You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
