Description
Our client, a leading Asia based Asset Management Firm is looking for a regulatory compliance candidate with 8-10 years of experience in fund management to take up a leadership role within the regulatory compliance team.

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, you will be the Deputy Head of the Regulatory Compliance team and you will conduct regulatory and AML advisory in relation to the business of the company.

You will also review all product and marketing materials; advise on the implications of regulatory changes; conduct compliance testing and report findings to the relevant authorities and senior management; prepare all necessary Compliance documents or materials; and train staff to properly implement compliance procedures.

Requirements
You should have at least 10 years of experience in Asset Management compliance (experience in retail fund will be a plus) and a good understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to the Asset Management business (e.g., Securities and Futures Act & Financial Advisers Act). Prior leadership or team management experience would be highly advantage. You are a strong communicator and team player and possess efficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
