Responsibilities

You will be part of a high-energy pioneer team responsible for developing the Regulatory Compliance strategies for the business and implementing an effective Compliance program across the region.  As a trusted Compliance advisor, you will work closely with various stakeholders acorss the bank to provide sound Compliance advice and ensure that regulatory risks are mitigated. You will be involved in various Regulatory Compliance projects and play a critical role in promoting a strong Compliance culture across the organization.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with 4-9 years of  Compliance related experience in Financial Services. You should ideally have Banking experience and well versed with MAS regulations (i.e. Banking Act, Securities & Futures Act, Payment Services Act). Strong project management skills are welcomed. To succeed in this role, you must be a problem-solver, thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment and be comfortable with navigating ambiguity.
