There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to join a major financial institution in the corporate banking team, covering the consumer sector.

Responsibilities

As a trusted advisor of the Bank’s large corporate clients, you will provide advice on financial solutions and services that will enable the clients to achieve their strategic business objectives. You will partner the Bank’s specialist teams in cross selling, leading strategic client-focused discussions and delivering seamless solutions to clients. As a senior coverage banker, you will deepen relationships with existing clients, continue to grow and manage a portfolio of large corporate clients as well as acquire new-to-bank clients in the consumer goods sector. You combine relationship management, sector knowledge and in-depth product knowledge to be a strategic partner to the bank’s clients.

Requirements

You are a Degree holder from a recognized University and have 15 – 20 years of relevant experience in corporate banking. You have experience as a Relationship Manager and a successful cross selling track record. You are well versed with the corporate banking landscape, have strong credit evaluation skills/standards and extensive product knowledge which will enable you to be effective in advising clients on financing solutions.  You are adaptable to a changing business environment and constantly keep abreast of changes in the consumer sector. A driven and resourceful individual, you thrive in running and building a profitable business.
