There is now an exciting opportunity for a Rewards Manager at a renowned local organisation in Singapore.
You will oversee the full range of local Total Rewards programme and lead Compensation & Benefit projects. You will be be given the autonomy to design salary framework, review and improve the current HR C&B policies and procedures, and craft executive level compensation packages. Working with people from diverse backgrounds (locally and globally), you will have the opportunity to create a multi-faceted Rewards systems that matches their experiences.
Reporting to the Rewards Head, you will work closely with the different Heads of Departments. You will manage international mobility projects as well as a variety if ad-hoc C&B projects.
You will have at least 5 to 8 years of progressive Compensation & Benefit experience. Solid experience in project management and change management. Proficient in handling complex salary structure and come up with new ideas. You will be resourceful with proven analytical skills and you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
