A leading global HR Consulting firm is seeking a talented & ambitious Business Development leader. The company has a very impressive global pedigree and has seen consistent growth in the last five years, most notably in the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing existing key accounts and, while prospecting and developing new strategic accounts and fresh revenue streams for the business. Leveraging on an impressive global brand name, you will partner with your internal Consultants and Content Experts, to offer strategic long-term HR solutions to clients in wide range of industries.
To be successful, you have 10-15 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development, with a good track record of growing and developing new corporate accounts. Experience within the HR Consulting, Training or Leadership Development space is preferred, but other B2B Corporate Sales backgrounds will also be considered.
You will be a natural people-person with a consultative sales approach, well-versed in selling to stakeholders up to C-Suite and managing key strategic relationships with major customers, product owners and other stakeholders. Former Consultants seeking a move into a more commercial position are also welcome to apply.
