    Sales Operations Analyst, Healthcare

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a Healthcare MNC that is established globally. This role is an expansion role due to the growing business and will be partnering closely with the sales/ commercial team.

    Responsibilities

    The candidate will be joining the Clinical Trial Management organization – a leader in the provision of Clinical Trial services and logistics in Asia. As the Sales Operations Analyst of the business, the candidate will be involved in delivering tangible value and insights from the business’ core data assets. The candidate will be part of an exciting digital transformation at the company and will also have access the Data, Digital and Analytics community across the wider organization.

    Specifically, the Sales Operations Analysts is responsible for handling and managing the workflow of an organization’s sales processes, enabling sales operations to go smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales strategies to further the growth of the organization. He or she will also be responsible for building and managing a data and analytics framework for information originating from the business’ activities – and will have a chance to have real impact on tactical and strategic decision making. Priorities will be to ensure good reporting, performance monitoring and optimization; and opportunity identification through targeted analytics and data-driven forecasts.

    Candidates will need to have experience doing analytics and business intelligence as well as strong people / stakeholder management experience and skills. Strong knowledge of modern analytical and visualisation software and languages (such as python, R and Tableau) is necessary.

    Requirements

    Minimum sales operations experience of 3+ years, you will be strong in any established visualization software (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire) and Understanding and some experience with coding / programming languages (Python, R, SQL, Java, etc.) You will need to comfortable working in an unstructured environment and be able to present to senior stakeholders.
