A global investment management firm with a growing presence in Asia is looking to hire an experienced Sales Support and Client Services Manager. This role supports business development activities and institutional client servicing in Asia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to institutional clients which include providing investment updates, accurate and timely delivery of reports, quick turnaround time on addressing client queries, assisting in client education training and resolving client issues. Working closely with the sales team, you will provide pre and post- sales support, co-ordinate RFP completions, assist in maintaining an effective CRM system and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience for new clients.
You are Degree qualified and have 8 – 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in institutional client servicing in the asset management industry. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are client centric, business focused and are able to build strong relationships with clients. Traits for success include being a well-organized and detail-oriented individual as well as a self-starter who is able to work in a dynamic environment.
