    Description

    Our client is a European Bank that is still experiencing strong and steady growth across the region. As a Security Engineer, you will part of a global function which is responsible for engineering, implementing and operation of several IT Security services. This function has a close relationship with Information Architecture and Information Security.

    Responsibilities

    You will be collaborating closely with the Global team in the headquarter office in the following areas: Identity management and authentication, DLP, Splunk (SIEM), Web Application Firewall and E-Forensic. You will coordinate local penetration testing and be involved in regional projects relating to security engineering. You will also be developing Splunk dashboards for security analysis and operational purposes, as well as being the go-to person for legal and compliance assessment relating to security engineering. Your role serves as the bridge between the Global team and Regional team, ensuring that objectives are aligned.

    Requirements

    You must have at least 7 years of IT Security experience, preferably from the banking or financial sector. You should demonstrate strong technical skills in majority of the following areas: identity management and authentication, DLP, Splunk (or equivalent), vulnerability assessment/penetration testing, network protocol and analyzing tools. Good project management skills and being able to work independently with global teams will be beneficial for this role.
