Senior Analyst SOX Compliance  (Tech)

Responsibilities

The SOX Compliance Senior Analyst is responsible for maintaining the SOX framework and its associated controls and reporting. This includes the coordination of policy drafting and scheduled review, and the planning, execution and completion of SOX controls testing. The role also serves as a liaison to auditors, consultants, and other external parties regarding SOX compliance related matters. Other responsibilities include manage assigned component(s) of the Group’s SOX Compliance Program, including but not limited to, planning, executing and completing the audit program guide to ensure appropriate internal controls over financial reporting. In collaboration with process owners, control owners, and/or finance management, ensure proper documentation of all policies and procedures applicable to the key controls of significant processes. Document business process flow and identify significant financial risk. Identify key controls and then develop/update work programs for testing of these key controls

Requirements

Degree in Accounting/ Finance, CPA/ CIA holder. 5 – 6+ years of relevant working experience in public accounting is desired, strong and solid SOX knowledge/experience.
