Senior Assistant Vice President with a Global Investment Management

This is a leading investment management firm, with a presence in Singapore and regional footprints in Asia.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, you will cover tax matters relating to direct / indirect tax, tax advisory and transfer pricing of the region. You will Ensure the compliance of local financial services tax requirements, including the review and/or preparation tax returns where appropriate. You will provide assistance on the implementation of new tax policies / procedures and make appropriate recommendations to the business side. You will be involved in ad-hoc projects. This role is great for candidate who is looking for tax advisory.

Requirements

You are degree holder who possesses relevant professional qualification, with a least 10 years of tax experience in the financial services sector. All rounded knowledge and experience in direct and indirect taxes and transfer pricing regulation is essential. You are a proactive and driven person with strong communication and organizational skills.
