    This is a leading and established energy integrated MNC with a strong energy trading presence in Asia Pacific. With continue business growth, they are now looking for a senior contracts administration analyst to join them.

    Reporting to the Head of Contracts, the analyst will be mainly involved in drafting and negotiating of contracts, monitor and managing shipping instructions. You will be liaising directly with traders and the legal team to ensure that the company’s risk in the entire trade flow is mitigated and protected. Trade deals could originate from various regions and the understanding of global risk will be important. You will also be fronting all operational claims and disputes, and assist to manage all external stakeholders to solve the disputes timely. Prior experience within the energy-trading sector will be essential.

    The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a Business/Finance/Economics discipline with at least 5 years’ of relevant work experience in a physical trading environment. You will be hands-on, solution oriented, detailed and commercial. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast –paced environment with tight deadline is important.
