Our client is a leading Oil & Gas company with strong regional footprints. A newly created Senior Contracts Officer role has been opened to join them in their Singapore office.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Legal and supporting the Contracts Team Lead, you are responsible for the full suite of contracts management work and managing the commercial aspects of contracts. This key function will act as gatekeepers to the business and will work closely with legal and commercial business partners to drive contract negotiations and advise on any contractual pit falls and risks to the business, ensuring the achievement of yearly KPIs are aligned with business objectives for compliance, timeline deliverables and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications
You are a Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 7 years of relevant contract management experience. Prior experience in an energy or commodities trading business will be highly regarded. You are a proactive and meticulous individual with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, you are confident to partner with commercial teams to facilitate contractual advice and drive contracts negotiations.
