My Client is an established player within the digital asset space. They are currently looking for a Senior Counsel to join the team, working closely with the General Counsel. This position would entail drafting, reviewing, and negotiating on a variety of corporate commercial agreements. The candidate will also be actively involved in advising on matters pertaining to regulatory matters i.e. PSA, SFA, as well as other matters including data privacy, intellectual property, M&A, etc., providing legal advice to the team in view of new product/service launches in new market entry

Requirement:

• >7PQE, called to commonwealth law
• Lawyers within the Capital Markets, Private Wealth, and/or Hedge funds/PE, digital assets practice are welcome to apply
• Experienced in advising on regulatory matters including but not limited to SFA, PSA
