My client is an established player in the FMCG F&B industry. They are currently looking for a Senior Counsel to join the management team. This will be a sole counsel position. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on several interesting expansion projects within the SEA region.

Reporting directly to the C-suite management team, this senior counsel will be in charge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating on all corporate commercial agreements. In addition, he/she will also be providing strategic legal advisory to the management team, in light of the business’ expansion plans.
