Our client is a global leading company in interactive and digital entertainment. As the business continues to strengthen their portfolio and grow strategically across Asia-Pacific, they are looking for a Senior Counsel to join their robust regional legal team.

Job Description
Reporting to the Legal Director, you will be a key legal business partner to the business to provide sound and pragmatic legal solutions. You will play a key role in bridging gaps with commercial teams to drive negotiations, advice on product launches and advertisement, draft and review legal agreements and lead corporate transactions and projects, if any. As a senior lawyer to the team, you will also take charge in developing and implementing new processes and templates and sharing best practices with the team.

Qualifications
You are a common law qualified lawyer with at least 9 years PQE practicing as a corporate and commercial lawyer gained in reputable law firms and/or in-house legal environment with multinational companies. Prior experience in the e-commerce or consumer goods space will be highly regarded. Solution-focused and commercially savvy, you can confidently partner well with regional business leaders and external counsels in navigating the business through complex matters. With a proven track record functioning in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, you can focus on delivering results under challenging deadlines.
