Responsibilities

• Define sustainability/ESG vision, strategy, and leading objectives to maximize near and long-term value creation
• Drive execution of strategy and achievement of objectives
• Build and lead a sustainability team and foster highly effective relationships and communications with all key stakeholders
• Conduct effective benchmarking and global sustainability leaders
• Create leading branding and digital/media presence
• Maintain a comprehensive ESG ratings portfolio view, set and drive achievement of leading targets
• Define and build a leading-edge non-financial sustainability reporting data process and system
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintain an effective regional and global scan of emergent legislation and important topics

Requirements

• Technical degree in a relevant science, statistics, engineering and/or business required
• Strongly prefer an advanced technical degree relevant to semiconductor , e.g., chemistry, materials science, electrical engineering, physics, or equivalent, as we are a leading-edge technology company
• MBA or other degree particularly related to sustainability/ESG strongly preferred
• Recognized and accomplished Sustainability leader, in all relevant aspects of the field
• >15 years direct experience, with >5 years leading the full scope of a substantial sustainability program
• Demonstrated capability and effectiveness, from strategy setting to detailed execution and achievements
• Strongly prefer experience in semiconductor industry or related high-tech field
• Exceptional knowledge and experience with all relevant legislation, codes (e.g., RBA), frameworks, standards, and bodies
• Knowledge and experience implementing recognized non-financial reporting frameworks
