Our client is a leading attraction in Singapore with exciting development plans ahead. With its expansion plans, they are building their team at various levels. We are hiring their Senior Director, Sales and Marketing who will provide leadership to the team to revenue across vistorship, events and tenancy leasing.
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will lead the Sales and Marketing organisation to achieve attendance targets, event venue sales and leasing tenant mix. You will build a network of partners/ business relationships to present the attraction as a leading attraction globally. You will be familiar with industry consumer trends and lead business growth through expansion of current businesses and exploration of new markets and opportunities. You will also oversee the analysis of various development strategies and address critical business issues proposing resources allocation and ensuring alignment to the overall strategic goals.
As the right candidate, you would be degree qualified with at least 15 years of working experience and with a solid and proven track record with business development in the hospitality or attractions industry. Good level of business acumen and has a high level of maturity to lead a team through changes. Strategic but has the ability to be part of the hands on team when required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, so as to establish and maintain good business relationships with clients
