FP&A Manager (Global Pharma MNC)

Responsibilities

You will be FP&A Business partner to support Global pharma in reporting, controlling, forecast & budgeting for the Singapore domestic office. On the role, you will be required to assist in the preparation of routine / ad-hoc reports & presentations for senior management review. Lead planning activities (such as monthly forecast, annual target and mid/long term business planning) and balance planning simplifications with robust, fit for purpose information. Partner and negotiate with external stakeholders together with the business; understand and support the customers’ processes, strategy and vision; co-create new innovative business models that enable new opportunities and drive growth. Therewith, get involved E2E starting from building customer relationship until the monitoring of executed deals. Serve as strategic thought partner and leader in driving value creation through entrepreneurial mindset and in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise. Provide financial analysis, financial modelling, consultation, transparency and insights to make good business decisions and achieve business objectives. Co-develop action plans with business and for the business plan development, co-lead strategic decisions. Provides state of the art analytics and innovative insights, resource allocation models and financial modelling tools on affiliate level with the full market P&L & balance sheet in scope. Act as a catalyst in driving forward initiatives critical to delivering the strategy.

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years FP&A related experience working in a global pharma MNC preferred. You will be a CA/ ACCA, experienced with advanced excel skills, SAP and Business analytic tools. Prior experience in major audit firm is preferred.
