Our client is a successful consumer healthcare company, with their APAC office based here in Singapore. They are now hiring for a Senior HR Executive, to be based in Singapore. Reporting to the HR Director, this individual contributor role will be responsible for managing the full HR function for the assigned cluster.
As the Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting on the day-to-day operations and contributing to operational success of the HR functions. You will be given the opportunity to lead in developing HR strategies and planning so as to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the business. You will step up to provide advice, and influence the senior/line management on all HR matters and provide appropriate HR solutions.
This role will also be in charge of the overall formulation and implementation of various HR policies such as compensation & benefits, talent management, performance management and organization development.
You are degree qualified, with at least 4 years of HR Generalist/Compensation & Benefits experience. Prior experience within the Healthcare/Pharma/FMCG industries would be a plus.
