Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a full-suite senior HR role, where you will lead the generation and execution of group-wide HR strategies and oversee the talent acquisition, employee engagement and HRIS transformations. Amidst the significant growth in the Singapore market, this is also an opportunity for you to spearhead the implementation of HR systemic changes within the company. You are expected to partner key business leaders and demonstrate your business partnering expertise by providing guidance, strategic input and advisory to achieve key business objectives. You will manage a team and oversee HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and L&D initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
You are an accomplished and degree qualified senior HR specialist with accumulated experience in people management, talent acquisition, and the leading of HR initiatives. You are influential, competent and adept at managing stakeholders. Experience in supporting diverse stakeholders, including engineers and commercial functions is crucial. Exceptional communication skills, prior experience managing a team and an immense adaptability to changes will be essential.
