    Description

    Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Professional who will drive initiatives and bring new ways of working to elevate the SEA HR team. You will demonstrate a true love and passion on improving the way people work and transforming employee experience. Demonstrate, strong executive stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders to desired outcome. The SEA HR team will play a key role to bring value to the business and enhance a strong partnership to develop team bonding, engagement and excitement between different departments. Responsible to build a strong team, capable of growing and adapting to business needs.

    You are the trusted advisor to the key business stakeholders and leadership team on the people strategies that will create an inclusive culture and drive employee engagement, performance and overall business growth. Partner with senior leaders in the regional office and represent the regional team for in-country HR initiatives, keeping a pulse on the markets.  Provide guidance and coaching for line managers to achieve more effective people manager skills. Foster relationships and partner with Regional COE People team including Total Rewards, HRIS & Analytics and Talent Management & Learning.

    Responsible for full spectrum of HR business partnership, ensuring that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively. Propose relevant HR strategy and manpower planning for the region, according to business development needs. Leading  and implementing a variety of human resource-related programs which include recruitment, talent development, compensation, performance evaluation, equal employment, employee wellness, employee communications and employee relations. Lead and drive the team organization and HR processes, accountable of HR SOP and policies.

    You will have over 15 years of HR full spectrum experience ideally with a COE functional expertise to provide a more holistic in driving human capital agenda. Prior experience in consumer-related industries is highly preferred especially with a large sales employee portfolio. You are someone who likes to challenge status quo and has a forward thinking mindset to modernize HR Practices. People management experience is a must to be successful in leading a regional team.
