    Description

    Our client is a key player in the sustainable energy industry whose proprietary technology has made it a strategic partner to energy importers across the globe. They are a key node within the energy ecosystem and are involved in the trading, shipping, storage, and refining of low-carbon energy sources. As part of their continued leadership renewal process, they are currently seeking a talented Senior HR Manager to drive their efforts in uplifting the firm’s internal talent & learning strategies. This is a permanent, full-time position.

    Responsibilities

    This role reports into a Head of HR and is responsible for leading a team of 3 direct reports. Entrusted with a dual functional focus in the Learning Development and Talent Management functions, this position is tasked with uplifting internal organization development capabilities and talent planning. You will be involved in strategizing mid- to long-term learning strategies including the design of an organization learning roadmap, identifying existing skills gaps through learning needs analysis, and driving partnerships with external/internal learning solutions providers. You will also lead strategic discussions relating to talent management which could span across hi-po identification, internal mobility, career pathing, and succession planning. As a senior member of the HR leadership team, you will finally be tasked with building internal HR capabilities through the mentoring and coaching of your direct reports.     Requirements

    You should possess at least 12-15 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus in the areas of learning & development, talent management, and/or organization development. You should have prior experience in designing and implementing mid-term learning strategies including learning roadmaps, skills gaps analyses, development of training programs (external/internal), and talent planning. You should also have prior experience leading a small team and must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
