Our client is a major bank with strong reputation for innovation and embracing new technologies, on an exciting strategic transformation journey.  It has invested significantly in the region, particularly into its wealth business in the recent years.  There is now a rare opportunity to join its human resources division to partner key business leaders in taking their businesses forward to achieve their strategic goals.

Responsibilities

This is a highly commercially oriented role where you will partner senior regional business leaders; and work with HR COE colleagues in developing and executing HR strategies to achieve division and business goals. You are expected to be on top of developments and emerging trends in the Consumer and Wealth talent landscape to deliver progressive HR solutions to the business to enable the attraction, development and retention of high performing teams, as well as a best in class workplace.

Requirements

You are an accomplished strategic HR Business Partner with experience gained in Consumer Banking and/or Wealth Management businesses undergoing growth and transformation.  You have demonstrated track record in leading HR initiatives or projects of scale with impact on major businesses or across divisions.  You are strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong presentation, influencing and senior stakeholder management skills will be essential.
