Our client is a major insurance company on an exciting strategic growth and transformation journey. It is a market disrupter, and embracer of innovation and new technologies.  There is now a rare opportunity to join its human resources division to partner key business leaders in achieving their strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner senior leaders in Products, Customer Journey, Investments, Strategy and Transformation divisions; and work with HR COE colleagues in developing and executing HR strategies to achieve division and business goals. With significant innovation and transformation in the global Insurance and iInvestments space, this is a hands on role where you will provide both strategic and operational level HR business partnering support. You are expected to be on top of developments and emerging trends in the Insurance and Investments talent landscape to deliver progressive HR solutions to the business to enable the attraction, development and retention of high performing teams, as well as a best in class workplace.

Requirements

You are an accomplished strategic HR Business Partner with experience gained in progressive major financial institutions undergoing growth and transformation.  You have demonstrated track record in leading HR initiatives or projects of scale with impact on major businesses or across divisions.  You are strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong presentation, influencing and senior stakeholder management skills will be essential.
