    Our client is an established major bank which is continuing its growth in the region with a strong focus on innovation and transformation. It is an embracer of new technologies for its businesses as well as the bank’s own infrastructure.  Due to an internal move, there is now a rare opportunity to join its human resources division which is known to be progressive and a strong partner to the businesses.

    Responsibilities

    In this highly exciting role, you will partner senior leaders in the Technology & Operations division and work with HR COE colleagues in developing and executing HR strategies to achieve division and business goals. With significant innovation and transformation in the global Tech space, this is a hands on role where you will provide both strategic and operational level HR business partnering support. You are expected to be on top of developments and emerging trends in the Tech talent landscape to deliver progressive HR solutions to the business to enable the attraction, development and retention of high performing teams, as well as a best in class workplace.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with strategic HR business partnering experience, with deep exposure to major Technology functions or Technology companies. Experience in consulting firms will be highly advantageous.  You have a keen interest in emerging HR trends, and are conversant in new technologies e.g. digital, AI, data science, cybersecurity and its adoption in the business and HR. You are a commercial and driven self-starter who is hands on, with strong EQ, presentation and communication skills.
