We are pleased to be partnering one of the world’s largest securities group which boasts an extensive presence across Asia Pacific. Their brand name has become ubiquitous all over the world and its products known for playing a leading role in shaping the financial landscape of our region. Due to recent leadership movements within the organisation, a position is now open for a Senior L&D Manager to join them and lead their efforts in up-skilling and re-training their talents.
You will assume a key leadership position at Group-level and manage a team of 3 direct reports. Whilst your primary role revolves around extensive program design and conceptualisation of learning programs, you will also be accountable for ensuring the smooth roll-out and execution of all learning initiatives. You should possess at least 15 years of full-spectrum L&D experience in a progressive multinational corporation. You must have designed both in-person learning curriculum and e-learning initiatives with a proven track record in driving learning adoption and enhancing organisational effectiveness.
