Our client is a European-headquartered market leader in the semiconductor industry. As the business continues to grow organically across the region, they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join them in their expansion.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you are responsible in providing pragmatic and sound legal support and advice to the business across the region. This includes preparation of business contracts, driving negotiations and corporate transactions, ie M&As, financing matters. As a senior member in the legal team, you will play a key role as a deputy to the Head of Legal in leading negotiations and conversations for the business, and supervising and managing external counsels and junior members of the team when necessary.

Qualifications
You are Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 12 years of post-qualification experience gained in reputable law firms and in-house legal environment. Prior experience in the manufacturing/ semiconductor industry will be highly regarded. Solution-focused with strong commercial acumen, you are confident in partnering with global senior stakeholders to navigate the business through complex matters. With a proven track record in thriving in a fast-paced environment, you can focus on delivering results under challenging deadlines.
