Description
We are excited to partner our client, a Leading Fashion Lifestyle Brand, in seeking a Senior Manager, Backend & Customer Service SEA to join the growing ecommerce team.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you will be responsible for 3 key pillars of backend ecommerce – Customer Service, Fulfillment and ePayments across both the Brand.com and marketplace business.
You will drive the customer service brand value experience across all touchpoints to enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring cost efficiency in the process. You will also be responsible for the NPS and CSAT score across the region.
You will also drive operational efficiencies and best practices in warehouse and fulfilment operations, ensuring the success of order processing, on-time delivery and return.
On the ePayments front, you will manage the relationships with payment service providers, including implementation in the region and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Fulfilment operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
