    Description

    Our client is one of the regional leaders in renewables and clean energy solutions. They are capitalizing on the growth of the green energy market in Asia, and have recently acquired smaller businesses across SEA. There is now a rare chance for a strong HR partner to join them in leading their industry-wide transformation project to further Asia’s push towards clean energy and sustainability.

    Role

    This HR Business Partner (Senior Manager) will report directly to the Group’s CHRO to oversee the two strategic pillars of Business Partnering and Learning. In terms of business partnering, this person will advise senior business leaders across the full spectrum of HR to formulate HR solutions and address workforce & business needs. S/he will be supported by the HR COE team and will work closely with them to identify process gaps and improve existing HR infrastructure.

    Furthermore, this person will also support the strategic Learning pillar of the organization – aiding in the development and implementation of group-wide learning strategies. This includes designing competency frameworks, plugging capability gaps, developing hi-potentials, and drawing up succession planning plans. Your work in this field will play an enormous role in contributing to the firm’s goal of becoming the region’s centre of excellence in clean energy innovation.

    Requirements

    You should be degree-qualified with at least 10 years of HR experience including as a regional business partner. You should be able to clearly articulate your experiences in bringing organizations through transformation and/or change, and be unafraid to champion new initiatives to build up new HR infrastructure. You are a trusted partner to senior leaders and are respected for your credibility, tact, and professionalism. You are an innovator, thinker, and collaborator – and above all – a strong believer of developing talent for good.
