Our client is a global consulting firm with strong track record in many successful partnership to global institutions, including the insurance sector. There is now an opportunity to join the firm as a Senior Consulting Manager in Hong Kong to be part of its dynamic team.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Consulting, you play an integral role in leading the growth and strategy of its Greater China’s Insurance market. You will lead a team of talented consultants in delivery large scale, complex programs, while working closely with the leadership team in market expansion and client engagements. As a thought leader, you develop and instill strong business knowledge within the team, while acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationship with senior clients.

Requirements
Degree qualified, you have extensive domain experience across insurance, consulting space with proven track record in leading large, complex delivery programs. You are experienced in leading technology and consulting engagement with clients from end to end including operations assessment, RFPs, advisory, technology selection and solutions. You have deep understanding of APAC insurance market, products and solutions. You have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and are able to work alongside senior management in both business and technology divisions.
