Responsibilities

Reporting to the Leader, you will advise the business on Strategy and Organizational design.  You will get to take part in meaningful projects from day one and there is no Business Development required .

Requirements

You are degree qualified ideally with some Consulting related experience in Strategy, Organizational Reviews and Digital Transformation. You will be able to review a Customer organization’s business functions (e.g. supply chain, etc) or corporate functions (HR, Skills & Development, etc), analyze functions & resources, identify gaps, & recommend solutions or areas for improvement.  You have sound knowledge of Stakeholder engagement (ideally with external clients) . You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
