As the Singapore public healthcare undergoes massive transformation, there now exists an opportunity for a driven and strategic professional – who has a passion in healthcare – to join them in this exciting role.

Responsibilities

You will work with the senior leadership team and across multi-functions to help shape the organisation’s corporate strategies and overall performance. This will involve SWOT analysis, designing relevant processes and implementing/executing the operational plans. As plans are underway, you will also design performance measurement systems (including performance scorecards) to track the progress and success of such initiatives.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a minimum 12 years’ relevant experience in consulting, strategic planning and/or led transformation initiatives. Prior experience in large-scale and matrixed organisations would be highly advantageous. You have the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders, able to contribute at the strategic level, and highly adept in execution. Stamina, tenacity and a positive and inquisitive mindset/disposition will carry you far into this role and within the organisation.
