    Description

    Our client is a World Leader in refrigerated transport solutions and am currently having a very exciting newly created Singapore-based Senior Manager, Strategy role to be part of the evolution that the company is currently experiencing.

    Responsibilities

    Directly reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy whom you will work in close partnership with in a lean team environment, you will be heavily involved in new initiatives to drive the company in a different direction regarding services and technologies as the organisation settles through changing culture and leadership. The team needs someone who can build business cases, drive strategies and manage stakeholders, in some cases changing overall culture and mindset that has been entrenched for decades within the company. Digital transformation will form a bulk of the change involved, given that the organisation has been built on a more traditional platform of products and services. This maybe an individual contributor role but will be expected to lead and manage projects and programs including defining plans, targets and successful planning, execution, optimisation for key business drivers such as aftermarket sales strategy etc at a regional and global level. You will also collaborate with various teams across the company to drive strategy and sales by supporting the development of the Annual Operating Plan and related projects within the Service and Aftermarket Parts area.  

    Requirements 

    You will come with at least a Bachelor’s degree with approximately 10 years of working experience ideally with exposure in strategy functions within a B2B environment. The ability to strategize, plan, collaborate, influence and speak to both business and technical teams using clearly articulated recommendations and concisely presented data will be required. You will be an innovative and results-driven professional, with a proven track record of driving sales results through implementation of strategic recommendations. The ability to quickly adapt into a new industry and environment as well as the ability to influence stakeholders across differing levels of seniority including C-suite will be required. If you have the analytical mind of a consultant and the commercial acumens from the B2B environment with International exposure, you could be the one the business is looking for!
