    Our client is a leading company headquartered in Singapore. They are now hiring for a Senior Manager (Talent Management). This is a permanent role with the opportunity to lead a team.

    In this role, the successful candidate will take full ownership of the company’s talent frameworks and processes. This role will be responsible for the design and development of frameworks and programs. The role will also evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and make changes as necessary. A key responsibility would be to support the senior management in succession planning – to identify, groom and position high potential/top performing talents for leadership positions. The role will also oversee overseas postings and the development of talents through the scholarship program.

    You are degree qualified, with at least 10 – 15 years of HR experience, ideally with at least 8 years focused on Talent Management. You have excellent communication and writing/presentation skills and a proven track record in influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
