    Description

    There is now an  exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Manager within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Learning, you will assist to drive the agenda in Talent Management and Development related initiatives and programs. Your role will design and deliver customised talent and learning solutions that are aligned with the organisation’s strategic direction.

    Responsibilities

    You will curate and customize talent programs and initiatives. Work closely with the head of departments on hi-potential identification, leadership development and succession planning. Identify and develop the critical and select high potential talent, building for future leadership pipeline. Build strategies and action plans to support integrated programs within the Talent Management portfolio (including succession planning, assessments and Hi-Po development)In addition, you will partner with HR team to ensure that the talent solutions integrate with other HR functions.

    Drive adoption through communication, forums, best practice sharing, tools, templates, etc. Design and deliver strategic programs, supported by analytics and reporting, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. Review of the yearly L&OD programs and co-design of talent strategy.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with a minimum of 12 years of HR experience in Talent Development and Management function.  You will have worked in a highly matrix organization. Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and HR team. You will have organizational astuteness and agility. Experience in working in an organization with large employee headcount is important. Experience in SAP or SAP Success Factor will be an advantage.
