This position will manage the full spectrum of tax (direct and indirect) for the entities in the Group. This includes involvement in M&A and transfer pricing and any other relevant aspects in the always-evolving and changing tax landscape. You will also provide tax advice and timely support to internal stakeholders across various functions and projects.

You will primarily be responsible for corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, CbCR, GloBE, transfer pricing documents and any other compliance matters as necessary. Since the company is a capital-intensive +business, this person will ensure effective tax planning on capital allowance claims including working with external contractors and the wider finance team on proper capex records and classification. This role will be managing one staff, and report to the Head of Tax. This person will require to be comfortable reviewing as well as do preparation if and when necessary as the team it’s a lean team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA will be preferred. In addition, someone who has worked in Big 4 Tax and has experience in commercial tax will be preferred. Minimum 8+ years of Tax experience, MNC experience will be a plus. SAP experience is also a good to have.
