An Asian Headquartered technology based company is looking to establish a Tax function in Singapore. Currently the immediate need is for a Transfer Pricing specialist to join them in this pioneering tax role based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will work extensively with the CFO and develop regional tax strategies around the business structure. You will lead transfer pricing initiatives, including the monitoring of APA positions. You will also provide tax support in business restructuring / new initiatives as well as seize tax optimization opportunities.

Requirements

You are degree qualified and have a minimum of 12 years relevant tax experience gained in a Big 4 firm and a progressive multinational. You work well across multi-disciplines and have the ability to communicate and influence at all levels. You have a strong ability to build solid business partnerships and have the bandwidth to work both at the strategic level as well as be operationally hands on.
