    Our client is a leading player in the Dairy Ingredients industry and have newly created an exciting Singapore-based Senior Marketing Communications Manager role to be the driving force behind the development of their MarComs strategy and tactics from scratch.


    Reporting to the CEO and Global Head of Brand, this role contributes to global business growth, increased visibility and recognition for the business while working closely together with sales and business leaders across the world in the Dairy Business Unit (BU). The role itself sits within the Marketing team and will be supported by the capabilities and skills sets in the central team. The role will participate in and benefit from the cross business initiatives that will drive marketing excellence, customer engagement & communication, analytics and the portfolio offering available to customers.

    Your key focus will primarily be on customer marketing such as driving awareness, generating and nurturing leads. Responsibilities will include developing marketing strategy for Dairy BU,  annual Marketing Planning, customer campaign development, management & reporting (incl. digital, social, SEO/SEA, analytics) and BU employee communications both to engage the teams around the marketing activities, as well as to source content needed. In summary, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications except for Investor Relations, which will be supported via the central HQ team.


    You will have a Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Marketing with 10 years’ of marketing experience in a B2B setting with global MNCs. Food Ingredients exposure will be great but not mandatory. Successful track record working across the marketing mix with creative flair, including leading creative content campaigns across multiple markets will be critical. Experience managing a marketing budget with a key focus on impact and ROI as well as having good understanding of using data to deliver positive ROI, making decisions based on analytics and data to drive marketing efficiencies, effectiveness and collaboration will be important. As this role will be starting up the function for the Dairy Ingredients business from scratch, capability of thinking strategically, while able to manage multiple hands-on tasks and changing priorities in a fast paced environment will be essential. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic who is flexible in mindset, keen to work in an entrepreneurial environment, able to travel and content to deal with most key stakeholders remotely across global time zones.
