Key accountabilities  

• Managing a small team of NPI project managers
• Defining overall NPI program schedules, align on them, and driving the required execution plans and program deliverables to completion, ensuring critical milestones are met throughout product life cycle, including tool delivery in Global Operations
• Facilitating regular program meetings with the core team, and reporting on program status, and identifying any schedule gaps or assistance needed
• Tracking progress towards program objectives and timelines
• Developing metrics to measure NPI program performance and driving improvement through successive product introductions
• Playing key role as a stakeholder in corporate strategic product commercialization initiatives, with a focus on continuous process improvements

Requirements

• bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science etc)
• 10-15 years experience in program management or engineering project leadership of configurable products, preferably Semiconductor Capital equipment, from the conceptual stage through to high volume production
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• PMP certification and/or SAP exp. are preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities to exercise influence both throughout the organization and with external parties
• Goal and customer oriented, positive and energetic attitude with strong work ethic and initiative
