Our client is a Fortune 500 multinational, a true leader at the forefront of the Beauty industry, consistently ranked as an attractive organization to work for. As the organisation continues to grow, they are now hiring for a Senior Retail Design Manager, Global.
Reporting into the Global Design VP, you will drive the new retail concept development, work on design store roll-outs, and creation of guidelines for market deployment. One of the key highlights of the role would allow you to expand the capability of the team on developing digital and immersive environment design experience. You would take hands on approach in design development and create rapid testing and learning for ideas and concepts. You are also the gate keeper for the brand, ensuring innovative and commercially relevant in-store designs and experiences, whilst still keeping in line with the brand DNA.
The ideal candidate is well-experienced in Store Design and Visual Merchandising, with current or prior experience designing for Beauty brands. Design Agency candidates are welcome to apply; experience on creating innovative consumer journey is essential. You will need to possess knowledge of permanent merchandising design and build including concept development, materials and samples, technical and construction details, prototyping, and on-site installation with a great sense of creativity. To succeed in this role, you have strong leadership skills, are a skilled communicator, influencer and negotiator to engage with senior global stakeholders, are team-oriented with ambition and humility.
