    Description

    There is now an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner with a high growth FMCG organization. You are the Strategic Business Partner and also the Talent Management Champion for the Singapore office. You will attract, identify talent and work on succession plans alongside with the business stakeholders to develop people including: understanding of employee’s motivation and reinforce retention to ensure optimization of skills within the Group. Drive and lead HR projects, anticipate and align organizational changes, acting as a business strategic driver.

     

    Implement and develop the Talent agenda to set the human capital strategy to align talent across the business divisions. Create/ review talent lists and work on succession planning with the business units. Engage talent by building strong partnerships with key business players to ensure that the best talents are integrated to the teams. Promote Talent development initiatives to grow individuals and build future leaders from within. Draw-up development plan and identify talents to prepare or coach managers for their next steps in line with succession planning objectives.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with a minimum of 15 years of HR experience in HR Business Partner, ideally with prior sector experience in Consumer or FMCG industries. You will have worked in a highly matrix organization in a fast-paced environment. You are the relationship builder to enhance working partnership within the HR community and organization. You are highly analytical with a strong passion to drive talent agenda. High agility and demonstrates tenacity to thrive in working on complex challenges with a diverse set of stakeholders. You will come with a strong HR generalist background with a good understanding of HR processes and local HR governance.
