Our client is a globally renowned multinational company within the Consumer Goods industry. An exciting, newly-created Senior Manager (Talent Acquisition and Talent Management-focused) position is now open. This role has a regional coverage, and the position is based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and can enjoy opportunities to work on multiple initiatives and strategic projects across the different teams and countries (primarily across the Asia-Pacific region).

Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and provide support in HR Projects. You will take charge of the talent acquisition strategy and action plan(s) to ensure alignment to the organization’s goals at the HQ level. The successful candidate will also get to drive/contribute to employer branding initiatives e.g. participate in career fairs. You will serve as an advisor to the management and the wider HR team on the following topics: mobility, talent pipelining, employer branding and any other talent program initiatives.

Requirements
You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 10 years of experience in HR – Talent Acqusition/Talent Management
Proven track record in employer branding projects would be advantageous
Experience within the Consumer Goods or Retail sector is a plus.
You possess the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
You have prior experience in a company with multiple brands and working within a matrix setup.
