    We are pleased to be partnering one of the largest financial institutions in the region as it continues its exponential growth in Singapore. A pioneer in the digital investments space, our client is known for its bold innovation platform which enables consumers to digitalize and personalize their investment plans. They have been growing exponentially in the recent year after making a number of strategic acquisitions, and are now seeking a collaborative and consultative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join them in attracting best-in-class talent into the firm.


    You will be part of a 5-member Talent Acquisition team reporting into a Head of Talent Acquisition. Whilst this role remains an individual contributor position, you will be counted on – as the most senior TA partner in the team – to partner with top C suite executives across the Group; drive the adoption of strategic initiatives; and lead in the recruitment of niche mid-to-senior positions. Your recruitment remit will encompass niche hires across the business from Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Technology; and will also include multiple approaches of recruitment not limited to internal referrals, external advertising, network reach-out, and search firm partnerships.     You should possess at least 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience including with a search firm or RPO agency. Direct experience in the Financial Services industry is not required. We will instead prioritize candidates with strong recruitment fundamentals, a proven track record at partnering with senior stakeholders, and the ability to listen intently to provide consultative advice.
